Hello!

Another great week! We had some great experiences and are loving the life of the mission. Approaching the next transfer in mid-April and we´ll see if I stay for an unprecedented third transfer with Elder Petersen but all signs point to no.

Either way that's still three weeks away, we have a couple of baptisms planned for the end of the transfer and we are very excited and working hard. The mission will be changin a whole bunch in these next 3 months. This transfer 24 new missionaries will be coming in and next transfer 24 will be leaving the majority being leaders.

After that, at the end of June our beloved President Ramos will be leaving us and will be replaced by President.......BENTON! He is from Boston Massachusettes and thats all we know about him. Thats an outlook for the next 3 months but we will be enjoying the change and working hard here.

Anyways I love you all, thanks for your prayers and support! If you haven´t written me in a while and you're a brother of mine, feel free to write me an email, I´d love to hear from you!

Hello!

Great week. We had a stake conference and it was very spiritual, the subject was about the youth of the church and all the future missionaries. The youth had a choir who sang... We had two families come with us.... it was great!

Some funny lessons were taught this week. Everything went very well and the work progresses.

I completed one year on Friday as some might know, it went fast, thats all I´ll say about that =).

Any news on where Pres. Richardson is going specifically? When will they re-organize the stake presidency?

My companion is a stud and is teaching on his own now... lots of love to everyone, and thanks for your prayers!!!

One Year Anniversary--FRIDAY

Can you believe it's already been a year??

March 11, 2008

Hello Family,

Things are going great... not much has changed! Elder Petersen and I are still together in Parque Leloir. The work progresses and we are working hard.

No stories oh ya one kind of silly story... so we were working on friday afternoon in a neighborhood and all the sudden it starts to pour literally pour cats and dogs, crazy like, so Elder Petersen and I ran to a tree for protection and it didn't have leaves so it wasn't much protection but it was the best we had.

The tree was positioned in front of a property with a house about 200 feet back. a lady was outside but ran to the house because of the rain. She thought we ran up to her to talk to her but we just wanted protection from the rain. So she started yelling at us from the door "OTRO DIA!" which means, another day! I yelled back that I was only in front of her house for the tree, but of course she doesn't hear me, so she yells again and again for about 2 minutes !!otro dia!!!

My attempts to explain to her my reason for being there proved fruitless. She got her 14 year old daughter to yell too, within 4 minutes the whole family was out there yelling OTRO DIA as we were huddling under the branches of this tree. Finally, I yelled why we were there and she heard me!! She said oh, and walked in the door with her family.

Silly Argentines, gotta love em.

Love you all!

Familia,

Hey whats going on? Another good week, this week it rained a lot and it was sooo nice! I never realized how much I love the rain until now. It actually shows in my actitud and energy too. I feel so much more pumped and work a lot better when it's raining than when it's hot and humid. It was a very blessed week for us. My companion enjoys the rain too.

Transfers came and went. I am still training with Elder Petersen and that is going very well. I'm very excited to still be in Parque Leloir. I love the ward here and our investigators. It's even better because I get to be with E´Petersen for another transfer. This will be the first time being with a companion for more than one transfer.

We will be having success for sure this transfer because last transfer we lined it up very well. We don't know who our new mission president will be but we still have 3 or four months till June.

Today is the first Tuesday P-Day ever in the history of the mission. I can´t really tell the difference, I'll let you know what I think about it next week. Pretty much everything is the same. Don´t have too many stories to tell, I will talk to you all soon and have a great week!

love,
